It might be that the overtiredness has caused your brain to work in overdrive similarly to ADHD so the effects of the stimulant work in the same way on you.
I think you need to show symptoms of ADHD over a long period (like a year) as so many 'sets and settings' can cause similar symptoms. and it's normally diagnosed by the age of 7, i wouldn't worry to much.
