Guys, we all should know by now that blacking up isn't the same as a black person putting white make-up on. Sure, it's the same cosmetic change but you're kind of ignoring all of that history there aren't you? Y'know, where white guys would go on TV with black make-up on and everyone could have a good ol' laugh at dem der ******s. So nah, it's not the same thing.

That said, who the fuck cares if a college girl gets dressed up as a black person and puts on some make-up? I can't think of any black people who would even be offended by that. Why make any sort of issue about it? Looks like some desperate blogging right there. Absolutely pathetic.

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OFFENDING BLACK PEOPLE AND EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE NEWS MEDIA. DON'T MISTAKE NEWS COVERAGE FOR PEOPLE IN THE STREET ACTUALLY GIVING A SHIT.
