could it be an allergy or something? I sometimes get sinus when the weather changes. the change and skin could also be related to something like that
I have what I believe to be a mild sinus infection. Nothing too serious.
However, ever since it began, I have had a horrific explosion of acne all over my face. This acne is far from my usual acne. It is large, extremely painful whenever I move any of my facial muscles, and it is not responding at all to the cream I use twice daily (which is normally quite effective). This started on Sunday, and it has only gotten worse since then, with the only improvement being a slight reduction in the pain.
The acne must be caused by the sinus infection, right? It's not stress, I'm less stressed now (Christmas vacation) than I have been for months. My diet hasn't changed.
As the sinuses clear, this had better pass.![]()

Infections are caused by bacteria, acne is caused by bacteria. Makes sense to me. Keep washing your face and wash your hands before touching your face.
My own theory was that the swelling of the sinus cavities may have been putting pressure on the underside of the skin, forcing this stuff to try to escape all over my face.
it is defiantly allergy
