I hope you reported this $7000 promptly to the credit card people, if not do. Blood or no blood you have been violated . You are not your brother's keeper, really you are not! Do take care of yourself. Theft is theft, and should not go unpunished. Why should you care if the jail (prison) is not the Hilton! It is where he belongs. If he wants help while there he can get it.
