Hey.
Ok, i have a little under 2 months to get ripped before choir camp starts (laugh all you want...alotta girls). I mostly want the triceps, biceps, and abs. The lower body can wait. What are your suggestions? I've been doing cardio (TaeBo II lol) for about 3 1/2 months now. I'm 15, almost 16, and weigh 220 lbs

160lbs @ 6'5 with massive metabolism fucking sucks.
The short answer is, you can't.
two months is only one full training cycle and you can't get "ripped" in that amount of time.
Hell its taken me 6 months to get to a point where I feel sufficiently bulked up to call meself "swoll" ripped is probably another 6 months away.

If you are THAT desperate to lose weight by then, you could do something drastic...
Think of everything you like to eat, and dont eat them, no questions asked.
Think of how much you eat now and halve it.
Exercise a lot, doesnt matter what. Running until you can run no more, then walking for a bit until you can run again, repeat ist a bad idea. Swimming is good too. Every day for as much as you can.
This might work, but certainly dont do it afterwards, you need something sustainable long term.
try speed.
Exactly, i've also been working out for about 6 months and i'm only now at the point where i would consider myself well built, certainly not ripped. Don't have unrealistic expectations, start a program now and you will be in better shape for choir camp but you won't be ripped. Then STAY WITH IT and maybe you'll be ripped for next years camp, but don't expect miracles in two months.Originally posted by Isaku@Jul 2 2004, 04:01 AM

lol, shrooms work too
am i dead?
You probably won't be able to is the sad fact.
But if you're going for upper body (I think that's what you said) then you want upper body stuff such as you know lifting (benching, incline, military, and or machienes).
You'd really have to push, but good luck.
