well you continue to look good for awhile because of all the extra blood that is pumping through your muscles because of the exercise. after awhile your muscles calm down, and dont need all the extra O2 anymore, so there is less blood being pumped through you, and you look normal. i dont think there is really much you can do about it. except every hour drop and do 50 pushups hehe.
