hi soo i myself don't have weighty issues being the rake child that i am but i have a question for my bf. when he was younger he was quite big but then last year took lots and lots of drugs and smoked lots of weed so lost all his weight.

when he started going out with me he stopped taking drugs pretty much completely (well, once every 2 months as opposed to getting completely stoned all day every day).

so we've joined a gym and we try to go 4-5 times a week. he just does cardio when we go. we do an RPM (spin) class every week and then every other time he does an our of cardio including cross-trainer, bike and rowing machine.

i need help with food. i thought i knew stuff about food but now i know that no matter what i eat, i'll stay skinny. i've never been in a situation where it actually matters what is eaten. i want to help him because it's really getting him down - he lost 20K last year and everyone was like "omg u look so good!!!" so now that he's putting it on again he feels like shite.

soo please help me. i don't know what i'm talking about. also exercise wise, what else could we be doing? what if we go for like a 30 minute work every night as well? will that even help at all?

    thanks.
she's not that kind of a girl, booger!

If you do a search you'll find lots of shit in here about exercise, BUT, I jsut found out soemthign nifty about fibre!

Every gram of fibre passes through 4 calories that don't get absorbed into your body, so make him eat lots of that. And basically, because he isn't naturally thin he really has to keep an eye on his habits constantly. He needs to do weights though, the more muscle you've got the faster your metabolism is and the more you can eat without become a fatty. It's down to common sense too though, no high fat/high sugar/fried or processed food, white flour products too (bread, biscuits) they give hardcore sugar crashes.

But if he's willing, and he loves his food, he can pretty much eat anything if he's willing to burn it off.
Syco- "The Empress is the latter leg of this triad, representing the physical body and the material world. From her comes all the pleasure of the senses and the abundance of life in all its forms. She is also the mother archetype, and through her we get a first glimpse of the power of love in the Tarot." I think this is all representative of awesomly large tits, no?
