    Swimming and Tattoos

I am blending two Body of Mine topics because I can.

So. I've been swimming three times weekly for a couple of months now and I'm fucking LOVING IT because quite frankly I'm full of zing and looking better all the time but there's a few things that bother me, like my total inability to tumble turn...I blame an incident in gym years ago we had to do about half an hour worth of summersaults and honestly ever since then I get vertigo every time I turn upside down and It's fucking SHIT. Is there ANY way to stop feeling like that? I don't understand I used to never have this problem...

Also when I do breast stroke the part of my back between my shoulder blades starts to ache is it because It's getting worked or am I doing it wrong? I don't think I have bad technique it feels right..

Why is freestyle so hard? I can only do two laps and then I'm fucked and have to do wank strokes till I catch my breath.

Where can I find some decent music orientated tattoo designs? Google is giving me donuts.

    Thank-you darlings.

I think this is all representative of awesomly large tits, no?

Keep in mind if you get a tattoo you won't be able to swim for 3 weeks unless you want a shitty healed and possibly infected piece of work. Ive seen people who went surfing the day after getting tattooed now the tattoo looks like scar tissue that soaked wet and just slid off the skin

I see that Greaser still gives the best advice. Sorry, Syco. Don't have anything to add, but good on you with all the swimming.

Swimming! I love it!! Ahhh my sweets, when I move to Melbourne we will swim all the time!!

I can't tumbleturn either. I'm pretty certain it's just a matter of practice and getting used to it and the vertigo will go away. Your back aches between your shoulder blades? I actually have problems with that area on me, I have a very flat back. What I recommend is two tennis balls gaffa-taped together, lie on them with them either side of your spine, and roll down (of course, after your swim, when you are at home wearing clothes). There are also some stretches you can do. I recommend you Google it! But I don't know how to prevent it by changing the way you breast stroke or anything...sorry.

Freestyle & breathing - definitely just a matter of practice and increasing your lung capacity. Also focus on your kicking as this will move you along faster. I know it's hard to concentrate on it all at the same time but just take it slow and easy and then get faster from there.

    Hi Jessica,
Swimming is a great calorie burner exercise to reduce weight. Swimming makes hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles strong and prevents from obesity, joint problem and heart problems.

I've got like 5 tattoos, just make sure you make it yourself, don't copy ideas from the parlor! Make sure it something you really care about too... I've seen stupid people get tribal and different language tattoos to find out what they thought was "love" in chinese is really "soup" so just make sure it's something you truly care about.
My site is about finding love in the UK and singles dating! I believe in true love!
