We have a problem. One of our own is in need. This isn't a new need, on the contrary. It was even a subject on the old StupidBoy. But, alas, the need has not been satisfied. Although one of us may not be able to solve this problem, if we pull together we may be able to make a sizable dent.

We all know him, we all love him. How could one not? Our guy Sword has a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back to anyone of us in need. Now it is our turn to help him.

For all of you that don't know, Sword has muscular dystrophy. He has valiantly lived with this since he was six years old and, despite all odds, has fought the brave fight. One thing though that he cannot do is pull out his magic wand and come up with funding for a van for transportation. Due to financial limitations, he is in a pickle. Our man Sword, through it all, keeps a happy face and a good heart. Something that would challenge the best of us.

Here is our chance to really make a difference, to do that proverbial karmic tangible good deed. We aren't asking you empty your coffers or send money you can't afford. But anything at all would help. We realize that none among us are millionaires, and even some of us living in less than ideal financial times. Not all of us have access to credit cards. But we all have a human heart and access to stamps and a post office. Click on the link to Sword's home page for details.

I am personally asking all who can to open your hearts and your wallets to give a hand to one that is truly in need. One of our own. One that any and all of us could turn to in our moment of need.

I feel bad and I really do try to help people. Since I get my pay check today I PROMISE on my life that I will send something. It may not be much but I will. My mom has worked with people with disorders such as Swords and I see what they go thorough all the time. So look out for mine in the mail within the week.

Guys I think promising on your life means nothing as much as just doing it. It is my understanding that Sword need about 18000 bucks and last I checked he has about 400.

about 18 - 20 thousand. BUT thats for a new van. I figure for it to be worth it and for the modifications to be done it should be at least a 98-99 with like 30,000 - 40,000 miles. Thats the minimum. AND no its not rude to be asking me that kind of stuff. I acctually appreciate your asking, it means you guys care. Thanks again to the people who already donated and thanks in advance to those who donate in the future. And if you can't donate anything, I won't hold it against you, just tell people about my site.
