2008 Nissan 350Z / Fairlady Z Coupe
13,000 miles
6 speed manual transmission
306hp VQ35HR V6 engine
RWD, dual exhaust, dual intake
$32,800 new (April 2008)
$21,000 Resale Market value
$14,000 Final sale price before taxes
Still keeping my 1995 Nissan 200SX SE-R as a backup / beater / practical car.
I talked the dealer down $7,000 due to the car not having stock Zenon HID headlights or the correct 2008 model 5 spoke rims... and whatever else I could think of to bash on.
I waited till I was 25 to get this car since that birthday dropped my insurance cost on a Z from $260 a month down to $170 a month.
I'm quite pleased with this.
It's a monster and that V6 exhaust note is damn sexy.

'Cause I'm that fool that broke the key- I'm unlockable so don't check me- I got weight on my shoulders and things on my mind- The sky is falling and I'm falling behind... No shame in my game just par for the path- I try to hone my craft because at hand's the task- But I find I'm not playing with a full deck- I'm up to my neck like Toulouse Lautrec
Man, can't wait to get a ride in that beast!!!

savmotronPeople do what they do. I mitigate their hazard to me and move on.
stuff is just stuff. your emotional health is much more important. holding raging anger in is more harmful than your faggot-assed tv that probably deserves to get its ass beat anyway.
So what are your plans for it?

$14,000 for a 2008 Z with only 13,000 miles?? Damn that's a good ass deal..

I dont plan on upgrading much.
Nothing mechanical anyway; no boost, intake, exhaust or anything I would have slapped on it if I was 19 as if it was a ricer.
The car has plenty of balls as it is.
I'm still gonna install a factory spolier and swap out these 7-spoke rims for the '08's 5-spoke ones it should have had on it.
Its stock stereo doesnt have an AUX jack for some reason so I may also install my iPod ready stereo from my SE-R.
Yeah I needed a 2nd car newer than a 1995 with 185K miles on it cuz, yknow, thats pretty hella old even if it did have a new engine swapped in at 140K.
I was only gonna spend a max of $10K so I didnt have to touch my savings.
I found a few 2003 Zs with 70K 100K miles within my allocated price range but this deal was worth nearly depleting half my savings account on a down payment.

Yeah that's a smooth car man. Looks like a Nissan version of the Audi TT (but way cooler). Have fun driving that beast around.
The broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying. These people know only too well how to use falsehood for the basest purposes... Adolf Hitler
