So i was out of town on the weekend and visited a big city and i found a shoe shop. I fell in love with a pair of shoes. They came in brown and black. The black ones, the ones i was hoping to get were one size too small. The brown ones fitted perfectly. They looked so good. But most of the skirts i wear for work or mostly black. I think that wearing brown shoes with black skirts is wrong.
The chick in the shop said that i can get a brown handbag and my shoes would match even if i was wear a black skirt. Is this true? could i really pull it off.
Anyway, i didn't buy the shoes. I can always ring back up and tell them to send them to me. The factory has discontinued the line so i can't order any others.

They could go if you had a matching bag, but I don't think they would if you were wearing black on top as well, even if you did have the matching bag.

Personally I would never wear brown shoes with a black skirt, even if I had a brown bag, I just don't think they go together.
Yeah I think this one's a matter of choice. It depends on the style of shoe I guess.

haha... never heard of shoes making feet look fat... neways... i'd say if you have to debate it, then you shuldn't get them. maybe you could go out and find another pair of shoes that looked almost like the ones u fell in love with... then maybe it owuld be more like fell in deep like with the shoes.... neways... i wouldn't wear brown shoes. they dont go with much, unless you're wearing tans or whatnots... lets just hope retro finds this...

Fruity I think you've decided against the shoes already. Sounds like it to me! I have brown jandals and I wear them with pretty much anything. Oh but I guess you can't really see much of them when they're worn, only the strappy bit. Sneaky

they were $279, i think i made the best decision by not buying them.
i have huge feet, so me finding a pair of shoes that fit is actually a very exciting moment
