I have two questions, although any expansion on the topic overall is welcomed.
Are 'sex shoes' specifically for sex? I know Retro always talks about sex shoes, but are they worn apart from for that? And does anyone else have them? Why?
After having sex in a particular pair of shoes (or any clothes?), does that give them naughty connotations? So you can't wear them somewhere nice, like lunch with your Grandparents?
Actually, I have a third. For guys; or anyone who has sex with women in fact. Do you have a favourite pair of shoes that you like your partner to wear for sex? Why?

I don't have sex shoes. I have some sexy, strappy black heels that look Gooood with certain lingerie, but I don't save them for that. I wear them out and such.

All I can say is for the few times that I've had shoes on for sex, they were more for foreplay than anything, i.e. sexy and all, but I have never called them sex shoes. Shoes I have sex in can be worn at different events. That might strike a kind of naughty thought in my (and my partner's) head, but they're probably not suitable for lunch with the abuelita.

Um. I don't see the point in sex shoes. It's like wearing socks whilst having sex. It's ridiculous. I guess if it makes the girl horny to keep on a pair of stilettos...then great. Lame i think its so weird to have sex without shoes, at least to me. It feels so...romanticish or some crap. Like Dustin didnt like me wearing sex shoes during romantic sex, so i have to compromise on that, sometimes if they are more flirty girly shoes he doesnt mind them for romantic sex.
