You could dress like your going to the Rugby World Cup, wear your own country's rugby gear.
Or it's snowing in South Island NZ at the mo and you could dress like your going skiiing in NZ, wear black and stitch a silver fern on your jacket.
Or Rarotonga and wear thongs, flowery shirt and sarong and hire a black frizzy haired wig.

This is kinda a gay idea, but why not dress as a leprechaun and go for Ireland? Kinda common, but hey, it works. I also like the idea of getting a long tux and dressing as a penguin.
