It's just come to my attention, that it isn't the orange hands and fingernails, it isn't the dark and crusty knees, elbows and ankles, and it isn't the sheer sloppyness and lack of care that some girls take to put on fake tan that looks really stupid and tacky.
It is the fact that sooo many girls do not use a different coloured foundation on their faces when they fake tan everywhere else.
I see more girls with pasty complexions and blotchy bodies than the fake tan smart. It makes me giggle. And I can't quite fathom that they cannot see a problem here.
So I made this post, just to query, and just for the sake of making a new post, does anyone else notice this?
Is it enough of a stupid to question their attractiveness? Or hell, their intelligence?

a girl at work has a spray tan booth at home as a side business, so there is quite a bit of fake tan going around here. I don't think i like the look. Everyone seems really orange, but their faces are still white. Just like you said. She's been trying to talk me into getting one, but i don't feel comfortable getting naked in front of her.
Anytime i try to do my own fake tan i end up blotchy so i've just stopped trying. Its far better to be pale

I always assumed those 'ultra-tanned' girls simply had too much Niacin and beta-carotene in their system.
I could be wrong, but who would choose to look so redicious?

Pretty much every single girl at V2007 (stafford) was plastered with fake tan. They're known as 'Loompas' on the crew, for obvious reasons.
I dunno why they do it or what they're trying to emulate, but it's such a shame. I'm sure some of them would actually look half do-able if they just laid around in the sun for a few days.
Sitting around in the sun for a few days really isn't a good idea though. Not healthy dude unless you use lashings of suntan lotion thingmy stuff or wanna get skin cancer.
Someone where I work got skin cancer from sitting around in the sun for a couple of days, it wasn't pretty, she now has a horrible scar and had to take a while off work because she was in pain. I think I'll take the fake stuff any day than that, although I don't do fake tan as it's a mess and I'd end up like one of thoughs girls Syco is talking about.
I did do a fake tan once which really did turn out a right old mess, I was orange the next day, which has put me off it all quite a bit. I don't mind being pale. Although here in Aus everyone seems quite naturally tanned alot of the time and I'm always dead white, ohh well.

I use that neutrogena lotion with a hint of fake tanning stuff mixed in sometimes. It makes me look a tad darker, which is nice, otherwise im alabaster. But every other fake tan Ive ever tried to use has looked terrible. Most products arent really worth the effort.
I did the spray tan once for my moms wedding. And it looked really good for a day, or two...but whenever I showered parts of the fake tan washed away while other parts did not. So I wound up looking splotchy in the long run.
I suggest the lotion with a hint of fake tanning stuff mixed in. Because its so subbtle that if you miss a spot it dosent really matter, cause it isnt that noticable. so, yeah.
pretty soon melanin injections are going to become the new thing (is that even possible?)
Ive never used the tan in a bottle, but I did try the tanning bed the beginning of the summer. I lost enough weight to wear a bikini and didnt want a paper white belly to go along with my tan everything else. So i had a nice even tan without looking fake and orange
