Patagonia makes wicking underwear of all types for men and women. I can't give a personal recommendation but I will say that I have been very pleased with every other piece of Patagonia clothing I have ever owned.
Yeah i go for underarmour compression shorts too. The newer ones are harder wearing, but i don't know if the products available in the US are the same as the UK or not. Either way i'd give them a second chance, not had any problems with mine at the gym or for rugby.

suggest you get a sweat suit whats the point of working out and not getting the most out of it? just remember to hydrate more then u do when you currently workout.
also incase youd dont wanna wear thongs they have these things called shorts really elminates showing off your panty line... underarmor is the way the army does things lets your body breath and prevents croch rot.. um for you girls with the getto butts that like to show em off while wearing leggins as an outfit... why dont you just wear your bathing suit and do without the leggins unless your afraid someone might see your hairy legs

Y'know, if you wear a thong that isn't too tight, it's as comfy as any other kind of underwear :P

I have the hanes cotton undies that have the comfort soft bands, bikini style. I like them because the elastic is all covered up and can't pinch. I don't have any trouble with them riding up.
