    What is the problem with guys looking for hairstyles? Why are there 300 websites detailing women's hairstyles, yet not a single one that talks about guy hairstyles? I was looking for a step by step guide to this one hairstyle I want to try out and I can't find a fucking website that has any information. The best I get is a mish-mash collection of photos of ugly ass celebrity hairstyles with no descriptions or text of any kind.

    What, are guys supposed to figure it out for themselves and women get all these tips? Plus, whenever a guy asks for help with a certain hairstyle, the usual response is "just do your own style". Why is it so taboo for a guy to want to style his hair in a certain way, but not for a girl to? Why hasn't a dumbass who knows about hair thought of the idea of making a hairstyle site for men yet? Talk about aggrevating.

    I currently use American crew fiber to style my hair and I have decent results, but I want something that I can use in tandem that will make my hair like straw. I don't know if that involves using a comb, or if it's a pre-styling mousse, or what. And of course I can't find out, cuz there isn't a fucking resource in the world to help me. Girls at the salon that style my hair after I get it cut do the shittiest job I've ever seen and end up making my hair look like a used mop that falls all over my head, the exact opposite of what i want so its not like i can ask them.

    see what i mean. no real answers given. a rick roll, a pompadore yahoo site link and a comment about scrunchies. looking at pictures of hairdoes doesnt do shit for me, i already said those are all sites on the internet has so looking at a book would be no more helpful. i want specific instructions for doing specific hairstyles. how do guys figure out how to cut their hair and style it? Trial and error? I&#39;m too impatient to wait 4-6 weeks between fuck-up haircuts before i find the style that works. ive been styling my hair the same for years and im sick of it.

    Find a hair dresser, they are &#39;hair consultants&#39;. Their job is to make you happy with your hair. Explain to him or her the general idea of what you&#39;d like, point out pictures in magazines that you like. Then proceed to get your hair cut and styled and then ask for advice on what you can do with that style. Even if you don&#39;t want a full hair cut, just get your current shit trimmed and cleaned up. You might not be able to style it cuz your hair is just a giant mop. Oh, and its gonna cost money, maybe >$40 if you go to a decent salon. Oh, and get a gay guy, every woman who&#39;s cut my hair made it look like shit.

    Atleast the hairstyle you have is good Tov.

    Your best bet would be to find a photo of exactly what you want, get it done at a reputable hairdressers and watch her like a hawk. Take note, and ask questions. It won&#39;t solve the problem for the rest of the guys out there who want tips but atleast you&#39;ll have the do you want.

    agreed I&#39;ve never known a man that cares enough about their hair to even have a &#39;style&#39;, nevermind look for a new one online. I am getting old I guess though...
