So I threw my trainers in the washing machine and put them into the oven to dry but now there all shrunk and a bit melted and shit. What should i do i cant afford new trainers not like these ones

There's usually a little tag inside the trainer that clearly states - 'Don't put this shoe in the oven, moron'... and other useful stuff.

it's common sense to NOT put things into the oven to dry them... because the oven is too hot. generally, when you're washing something that you don't want to shrink, you air dry them. if your trainers are too ruined, then you're going to have to buy new ones because you were a complete idiot and dried them in the oven.

Why would you wash your trainers? The hot water would break down the inner support and the cushion, and the oven would warp everything out of place, as you've realized. If there's mud on them, wait until they're dry and use a hard-bristled brush to sweep the dirt off. If they're leather, polish them. Done and done.
Have fun buying a new pair of trainers. Be a little more careful next time.
