i got my dickies down on lock i even know my right size so the hem doesnt get overly chewed up from getting stepped on or too high that i look like urkel, however blue jeans are another story i cannot seem to find a pair of jeans not too baggy not too tight looking just right and being able to fit right without stepping on the hem making it look like shit. any recommendation? i think the best pair of paints i owned were some 501s theyre were the toughest out of all the pants i owned in the past, but those got shredded up too perhaps its wearing shoes like chucks that probably make em easier to step on. or gotta get a shorter length how does one get the perfect fitting pants that dont cost a gadziliion bucks preferably 40 bucks and under

Nautica. These are the only jeans that will fit me worth a damn. A bit pricey at 60 bucks a pr, but worth it. They hold up very well.

stuff is just stuff. your emotional health is much more important. holding raging anger in is more harmful than your faggot-assed tv that probably deserves to get its ass beat anyway.
Also there are quite a few jean stores here that have a tayloring service in-store, well they don't do it in the actual shop but you can have your jeans sent to fit properly for about 20 extra bucks...
Maybe ask in the shop if they have that service...
there are usually some brands of jeans that you can pick a different waist and inseam measurement, like your 501's. Levi's are great like that. they're nice and durable and you can find them pretty much anywhere. depending on the store depends on the price of them. but they usually range around the $45 mark, last time i checked.

just get them hemmed after you buy them greaser... you of all ppl should know that! Just tell them to keep the original hem at the bottom so u can't tell it was shortened.
I often buy a little long, wash/dry them once to shrink them and then hem any extra length.
ill def look into that good looking out!

How much does it usually cost to have a pair of jeans hemmed?
10:21 PM [TheMadCatter] I got free shipping, 20 dollars off, and a free tote bag12:26 AM [smirk] i think blended margaritas taste good sometimes(11:44:55 PM) Onionman: I was watching oprah...Personman says (3:16 AM):So I'm not girl like enough for you?
it depends on how much you're having done and where you're having it done... but im sure it shouldn't cost more than $30 to have a simple hem job done... most department stores have a place in there (usually near the mens suit area) where tailor work can be done. i've never had anything done to my clothes. i figure if they don't fit then why bother buyin them![]()

10 dollars per pants
Greaser...I have this problem too and it drives me nuts...I hate the way my jeans look after I wear them twice because the back are all chewed up..I feel like such a dirt bag.....I only wear extremely soft, baggy (but not ridiculously baggy) jeans so they rip pretty easily. I usually walk around holding my crotch so the bottoms dont scrape along the floor or go under my sneaker. I would never get my jeans hemmed by a tailor, I dont think they would come out the same....I usually buy a new pair of jeans every month because theyre constantly getting ripped up...However, I recently bought a pair of Ecko jeans and theyre almost perfect..Id like to be a little bit longer because when I sit they come up and I show too much sneaker for my liking, but they fall perfectly when standing about a quarter of an inch from them scraping the ground.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (MakeMeSomeFoodHo @ Apr 22 2008, 08:38 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div>go get one pair done and ask for original hem... i garauntee if the tailor is worth a damn you will NOT be able to tell, even looking directly at it close up.Greaser...I have this problem too and it drives me nuts...I hate the way my jeans look after I wear them twice because the back are all chewed up..I feel like such a dirt bag.....I only wear extremely soft, baggy (but not ridiculously baggy) jeans so they rip pretty easily. Then again, the baggy jeans style goes directly against the idea of having your pants fall above your shoeline so not sure what to tell you there. nothing looks gayer than baggy jeans that fall straiight down because htey arent long enough. I'd suggest asking a tailor to make the leg holes smaller, or something, so they don't fit all the way over your shoe.
Or, you could join the 21st century and wear a style that didn't become passe in 1995![]()
I will never wear tight jeans, theyre disgusting.....I have a 3 color rule for my sneakers and 3 laces rule for my jeans.....cant wear or buy sneakers that have less than 3 colors in them (laces count) and I cant have more than the bottom 4 laces of my sneaker showing....If you see more than the bottom 4 laces on my sneakers....Im wearing shorts.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (MakeMeSomeFoodHo @ Apr 23 2008, 01:36 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div>i agree.. but what about jeans that fit? Properly fitting jeans are attractive, professional and clean. Which you describe yourself as, so I would think it's an obvious choice. I mean, how cool does it look to hold your crotch while you walk, come on now.I will never wear tight jeans, theyre disgusting.[/b]
