I only meant for girls... by the way. Don&#39;t care what guys wear - they are almost always more casual than women.

Yea, Tri... maybe you should consider unbuttoning some buttons when you wear your black collared shirt out clubbing since it&#39;s only good if you show some cleavage. :P

Paired with cute shoes, a sassy purse and some coordinating jewelry. I would totally sport that going out to a bar... maybe not slutty enough for dancing, but totally hot for a night out drinking with friends.

Crimony - why do people get so up in arms over shit like this. I&#39;m no fashionista, who cares what I think? lol I picture a black button up collared shirt and jeans. No frills, not pretty ruffles or additional colors or accessories. It&#39;s just what I picture when I hear "black collared shirt and jeans". It sounds boring.

... but I think the problem is that she could have not looked like either of these scenarios. The "black collared" shirt could&#39;ve been a black background shirt with flowers or polka dots. It could be sheer with a cami underneath. It IS Speed we&#39;re talking about here. I don&#39;t know why one would assume it would be the possible worst fashion crime known to man and immediately rule out a girl because she&#39;s wearing "such a hideous outfit". I mean... when did we start evaluating people that Speed dates by what they wear???

I never called the outfit hideous, I said boring And as for what Speed said... he said she was dressed like him ("we were both dressed the same"). From that, I didn&#39;t picture anything cute like your suggesting. I pictured a girl dressed like a guy. Boring.

If we&#39;re talking an elbow lenth, button down linen type shirt with skinny leg blue denim jeans, that&#39;s completely acceptable. I&#39;d totally wear something like that to my local pub on a Monday night for $6 steak...or with cute ballet flats to casual Friday at the office...or to cheap Tuesdays at the movies...or grocery shopping...

If we&#39;re talking more a sport ralph lauren type black collared shirt...well, I don&#39;t wear those anyway so I say no. But, on other people I&#39;m sure they&#39;re fab.

Black casual shirt, dark blue jeans, with a white A-frame undershirt and steel toed boots.

I really only go out one way, and that's it. Sub black jeans for the goth clubs, LOL...
