Smirk is right... it's all about rhythm.
Also, there are a few things you can do that make it extra special (although all these things depend on the boy in question - everyone likes different things)...
- the tip is more sensitive, so concentrating a little more pressure toward the top of the shaft can be good
- use your little finger to put pressure at the base of his shaft (down near his balls) whilst maintaining the rhythm on the shaft (this entirely depends if your hands are big enough or he is small enough to achieve this positioning!)
- after warming him up, maintain position and rhythm (so pick a comfortable one!) Use a fist shape or spread your fingers equally so that it isn't uncomfortable for him, and is maintainable to you.
