Starting January I will be moving in with a couple friends, both male and female. One of the guys had a crush on me last year, the other guy I had a crush on last year. They are best friends. There is a ton of sexual tension between me and the guy I liked, but we haven't taken it anywhere partly because he was in a relationship of 6 years (which has now ended!!) and partly because we didn't want to hurt our other friends feelings.
Now we will all be living in the same house! Since that the one i like is now single, and i strongly doubt i will be able to control myself around him ... what are the rules about sex, relationships, best friends, and roommates? I would LOVE to have sex with him, but I don't know if I could handle it if he didn't want a relationship, especially while we are under the same roof.
i just .. can't .. control myself!!!!!!!!!!!! and i won't be able too, how easy will it be to drunkenly crawl into bed with him!
Are guys really loyal to their friends (he won't touch me if his friend still likes me)?
Do most people have rules about roommates and relations?
What should I do here???

Meh. I'm not the person to ask. I don't think the shit you do when you're 20 actually matters so just have fun. I did some crazy shit in college that looking back on it was completely messed up, but at the time seemed somewhat normal. I don't know if it had any long-term effect on me or anything. Just don't get pregnant and don't get a disease, the rest is details.

i am concerned about that though .. there will be no escape. perhaps i could hold off on this until the end of the semester and reassess the situation.
