I don't even know what this means. Why does one have to learn to do it for themselves before someone else can do it? I don't even know that it's relevant. I can get myself off just fine, but no one else has been able to do it for me.

Because once you learn to do it for yourself you can teach others to do it for you the same way or in a similar.

I have some extreme control issues, most times when I get close to orgasming I freak out, like emotional breakdown freak out. But if I don't orgasm, I never feel ripped off, I tend to be relieved just because I don't know how I'll react to it.

I think for a lot of people it's about control and just trying to work through it.

work on your breathing. i notice when i am about to get off, my breathing changes a bit. i take long deep breaths focusing, building up and then let it out slowly and release a little bit. another long deep breath, another slow release, etc, until eventually at the top of my long deep breath i kind of hyperventilate and then get off. but its not always like that either, i tend to get off 2 or 3 times when we have sex. the first time i get off it is like.. a suprise, i didn't really know it was happening. but then it gets harder to every time after, i have to really focus on my breathing. sometimes i just give up because i feel like i am right there and then i get tired.
