    Normality;
    The state or fact of being normal; normalcy

    As defined by www.dictionary.com, the prospect of being normal is a grim one. The fact of being normal. That Normality is an absolute with no Grey areas.

    However, I put it to you that Normality as such does not exist.
    Normality is, in shape at least, roughly spherical. it exists as a bubble around a person. anyone on the outside of this bubble does not see normality, only its antithesis, and conversely, the person within the bubble sees only the weird outside of their bubble.

    The only way to extend this Bubble is to increase the number of people with similar "coloured" bubbles around you, and after a while the bubbles come together to form a sphere greater than the sum of its part. In fact, the Bubble is roughly the square of the Number of people involved within said sphere. i.e., I have a circle of roughly 8 regular friends, therefore my sphere size is 64. This sphere size is in effect the power of the sphere to influence those around you, so a large sphere will affect those around you, making their actions seem to be not Normal.

    However, not only does this create spheres, but also threads form person to person. Thus, each person you have had within the sphere or subjected to the sphere will be connected to one another, and will subsequently have their perception or "Sphere colour" changed slightly.

    Right, there you have it, My first article one subject quite close to my heart...it may ramble slightly, but hey...what’s normality for anyway huh?

    Interesting take man. So you're saying that all 'norms' originally start with one friendship group?

    in effect yes, but this friendship group can be any size. One person on their own still generates a bubble

    Good idea ! I generally don't lime people to try and define what is and what is not normal due to the negative connation associated wiht not fitting the norm. The probelm comes in when people are hypocriticitcal when it comes to arguing that is only fools conform to norms.
    Just by wearing clothes you are conform to a norm.
    We are all hypocrites. The biggest one gets to be president

    i personally don't think normal for everyone exist....i beleve there is normal for different ppl and differnt groups of friends but it is more like a rutine u do with out realizing.

    everyone is different and ya a lil weird some ppl are just scared of their originality and try to hide what their friendz or media has pourtrayed as normal. me personally..i am extremly weird and say what ever comes to my head when it does and i do what i want no matter what ppl think iif means i make an ass out of myself so what i had fun and if ppl are gunna say shit about me being not normal then so what, i love who i am and i have funally got to the point where i don't care about others ppls thoughts, unless they are some one that means a lot to me other then that normal is too over rated in my opinion!
