The broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. I have a point of view, the UN has a point of view, a great stack of other people and groups have entirely different points of view on any given issue. Everyone's free to argue the merits of their position, which I thought was what we were doing?

I don't understand the whole "baby killer" thing. My understanding of the government funded abortions is only for rape or incest, as well as when the pregnant woman's life is in danger because of the pregnancy. I don't understand why anyone, pro-choice or not, would be against this. And I certainly don't see how that makes Obama a "baby killer."

I know you guys are pretty intolerant of opinions that don't exactly conform to yours, but you can't just say my position is stupid and wrong because you don't agree with it. I don't believe in universal human rights because I don't think anything is inherent - rights have to be granted by the laws of a state or they don't exist. Nowhere in the Bill of Rights does it say people are entitled to health care. Unlike you, I'm not content to just go with whatever the UN says, because I don't recognise authority higher than that of states. You give it way too much credit when really it should have none at all.
I'm FAR from the only person who feels this way.
