He pretends to have a proper relationship with her so she will sleep with him.
To do this convincingly he needs to convince himself it's at least possible to have a relationship with her.
Once he's over fucking her and the novelty has worn off he can tell her it's not working out or whatever bs reason he thinks she will buy, and she'll think it just wasn't meant to be but wasn't a total waste of time.

It makes at least some kind of sense and can be done without messing her up. Kinda risky, but if she's really hot it's totally worth it.

I bet it won't be worth it to her. Breakups suck. If she's really into him and believes it's a real relationship, it'll fuck her up a little bit no matter what. Especially if he really thinks he's going to be able to 'mold' her. That'll really fuck her up.

For the attention of everyone remotely logical, here's the situation as it stands:

She's been round my house to do some painting the past couple of days, and in this time I've seen that she does have a lovely, sweet, caring side. I do like her, and today I was supposed to go round to her house, but I didn't because we both knew that if I did, something would happen. So I am going to give it some time, because it's a perfectly logical thing to do, but I'm certainly not going to fucking marry the girl because some scared voice in my head tells me to.
