    is it true . . . guys and girls can't really be friends? it's that whole when "harry met sally" deal. it seems like one would always want more from or fall for the other . . . what's the deal? is this true for the most part?

    In a lot of cases, Im sure it happens this way. But of course there can be a friendship that is JUST that.

    Girls and guys can be friends, it's just a different type of friendship than friendship with the same sex. I do girly things with my female friends and fun outdoors sporty stuff with my guy friends. Also, we talk about different kinds of things.

    Like Ruby, I have a guy best friend. I talk to him about the same stuff as I talk to my women friends.

    I am also of the opinion that to have a succesful relationship, you have to be best friends with your partner.
