I drive a 4cyl but its got a turbo. so I have to effectively keep my rpms below 2k at all times otherwise my wallet starts crying XD

Think its about $10 a gallon here. Think! thats after converting pounds into dollars and litres into gallons, so I may have got confused somewhere along the line.

people always ask me when i'm gonna get my driver's license.. but at this point in my life, i don't have the money to shell out for gas/cars/upkeep/etc.
so i walk to work, i walk to the store, i walk to the bank. the only person i ever ride with is my bf, he picks me up and takes me home since his work is right down the road. so i like to think i'm not making him use a ton of gas...
My car broke down on the way home from Vegas this weekend. With AAA I get 100 miles free tow, so it actually cost less to have the tow truck guy tow my car from Barstow than to drive home.
Albeit, the car needed the alternator replaced and the radiator cracked and that cost $900. I try not to think about that part, though. Just the saving money on gas part.

Times like these is when you want a job that comes with a company car and your fuel and on going expenses are all paid for.
$4 is still fucking cheap.

Gas is $4.05 here but we have something called BJ's, it's a wholesale store, and if you have a BJ's card you get discounted gas so I think a couple days ago I paid $3.77, which isn't great but it's better than four bucks.
At the end of May I have to drive to PA for my grandpas funereul, it's about a five hour drive from here. And in July we are driving to Myrtle Beach, which is an 18 hour drive. So I really hope gas doesn't go up much more.

It's a bit rich for Americans to bitch about high petrol prices when 90% of the rest of the world is paying a shitload more.
