I wouldn't have any, so it seems. This morning, the car decided to die. And refuses to restart. So, it's on its way to the shop. All my tools are at work, and I'm at home so nothing I could do besides push it back in the driveway and call for a tow truck.
Yesterday, with all the high temps, my old implant (rt ear) gives up the ghost. Even though it's covered by insurance 100%, Advanced Bionics refuses to ship without payment up front.
I can either fix the car, or fix the ear. Without the car, I have no need for the ear cuz I can't get back and forth to work. Without the ear, I can't work. And there's more!!
I just moved into my own place, and the deposits, etc wiped out allllll my reserve. Now, on top of all this, I have increased rent, still have to pay the monthly storage fee for my stuff in Florida, now have to pay utilities.........not to mention my government mandated repayment of my student loan.
Motherfucking crock of fucking shit, I tell ya.....

Large piece of luck....car only needed an ignition coil. So I'm only out 100 bucks there...50 for the part/labor, and 50 for the tow. Now for the bionic ear prob.....

Update: I found out today, totally by accident, that my old implant headpiece (the part that's fucked) is still under warranty!!!! So they shipped it today, by tomorrow I'll be back to normal again!
