    Losing them all. =/

The school year is starting up soon over here and I get the privilege of being a freshman... great.
But anyway, my high school is huge and being in the same classes as your junior high friends, nearly impossible.
Me and This girl I've been trying my absolute hardest to get to like me finally starting making progress this summer. And then the realization of me most likely never seeing her in school again dawned. Has this been a futile effort? I don't want something like this to go to waste. I don't think we're far enough along for me to like officially ask her out and i only ever see her outside of school at like our HS football games and we talk the computer a whole lot. But that's only the beginning.
My best bud for as long as i can remember i probably will only have like one class with him. I've lost friends before due to lack of hanging out in school. There's only so much you can do out of school. yanno?
Along with my entire crew from three years in Junior high. all gone?
Move on or hold on i guess is the question for you guys. What do you guys think?

This is where you'll find out who were your friends and who were your school buddies. There's nothing wrong with either. Your friends you can and probably will still hang out with regardless of whether or not you have classes together. You will also meet a ton of new people and unless you're a social outcast you will no doubt make numerous amounts of new friends and even more school buddies. Just have fun and go with it.

Once you get your license a lot more options will become available as well.

I went from a fairly small junior high to a massive high-school, and had no issues keeping in touch with people from junior high and remaining buddies through-out school with the ones who mattered.

High school might seem big and scary - but it really isn't. It is intimidating, but you'll find you all flock together initially because you don't know what to do. From there if you take advantage of your breaks and lunch, and any spares in the coming years - you'll be fine.
I love all the things that we should fear, and Im not afraid of being here....

word, i don't think i had any classes with my best buds... like, ever. i was in hs 11years ago. i still talk to the people i went to gradeschool and jr high with.
like bubba said, you'll begin to see where you stand in these friendships.
i wouldn't give up on the girl, either. it's not like you can't txt eachother and meet at the bikeracks and join art club together. etc etc.
'Cause I'm that fool that broke the key- I'm unlockable so don't check me- I got weight on my shoulders and things on my mind- The sky is falling and I'm falling behind... No shame in my game just par for the path- I try to hone my craft because at hand's the task- But I find I'm not playing with a full deck- I'm up to my neck like Toulouse Lautrec
