The broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. If you can do with out it, and you do frequently, and more importantly without thinking about it like '2 weeks since I had it, yay', then I don't consider it an addiction. Whatever it is, drugs, food, games, etc. If that much is true, then it's fine to do it as much or as long as you like, in moderation.
