This one time I wished, in my mind, that all of my food shopping would just be brought to my door. Then, after gazing at a magic box of colours, and stroking it in a couple of ways, the very next day, my wish came true!!
This is somewhat inspired by Brew's topic. Last night, my mom couldn't find my little sister. She was supposed to be at the library, which is just across the street from my mom's place. My mom called me and asked if I could check facebook to see if my sister was signed on. I checked and she was, so I used facebook chat to ask my sister where she was. She said she was at her friend's house. So, my mom told me to tell her that she better "get her butt home NOW!!" Haha.
Here's where the technology part comes in. All of the above was done on my phone. The call, the facebook to see where she was, the chat, the part where I got to reprimand her..... All on my phone.
Anyone else have any stories about a time you were surprised with what you could do with technology?

Ha, that's funny Tri! I do online food shopping all the time, and love it! I'm to the point I almost hate to go shopping in a regular store any more.

savmotronPeople do what they do. I mitigate their hazard to me and move on.
stuff is just stuff. your emotional health is much more important. holding raging anger in is more harmful than your faggot-assed tv that probably deserves to get its ass beat anyway.
